Equipment Introduction

FRSQB200W-3D is a fully automatic online six axis 3D dispensing machine. A highly stable 3D forming analysis program is developed, which utilizes laser 3D scanning sensors to achieve real-time 3D modeling of products and generate intelligent and accurate 3D dispensing process trajectories through the program.

This machine integrates fully automatic feeding, conveying, picking, scanning, dispensing, and unloading, which can greatly improve production efficiency.

4. Equipped with CCD, it facilitates the verification of 3D dispensing trajectory accuracy and achieves a high-precision dispensing experience of WYSIWYG;
